This room is available for all manner of private functions and can be hired online. Whatever the occasion; a birthday party, wedding reception, christening or just a downright banging party, our Function Room is the perfect venue.
Please make your booking as far in advance as possible because this room is in great demand throughout the year. You can secure your booking now for just £50.00.
Want us to help? We can take away all the hassle of organising the venue and make all the arrangements for you. We offer a full range of catering options and can decorate the room to your specifications – our experienced team will work with you every step of the way.
We can also help with the booking of appropriate entertainment for your special night, or our resident DJ will ensure a memorable experience for you and your guests. With everything organised at the venue you can get on with the important stuff like inviting your guests and sorting out your dancing shoes for your special night, with a lit dance area and a stage.
Alternatively, you can simply hire the room, organise your own entertainment and decorations over any catering arrangements (if required) need to be made with the club. The room has 2 TV screens that can be used to display photos or presentations.
No event is complete without a quality selection of beers at competitive prices. We always keep 3 high quality bitters; one supplied by a local brewery as well as 3 great lagers. The Function room has its own dedicated bar segregated from the club lounge. We are a friendly bunch and if you want to view the room prior to booking it just contact the Clubhouse Manageress who will be more than happy to assist you. The best time to view the Function room is either on Monday or Friday evening.

Lounge Bar
By special arrangement, the lounge bar can be booked for private functions either on its own or in conjunction with the function room. This option is particularly popular with personal and private functions such as funeral wakes, that often take place during the daytime.
